01
Current advisor pricing
The pricing schedule effective April 1, 2026 is:
- Standard initial enrollment: $699;
- Initial enrollment with a valid affiliate code: $599;
- Annual renewal for existing and new advisors: $149; and
- Advisor events: free.
Only one code may be used at initial enrollment. Affiliate and discount codes cannot be combined. Codes do not apply to annual renewal unless a future versioned offer expressly states otherwise.
02
Initial-enrollment refund period
An advisor may request a full refund of the initial enrollment payment actually collected by CHCA if:
- CHCA receives the written request within 30 calendar days after the initial purchase date;
- No course or learning module has been opened;
- No fee-based planning has been completed through the Platform; and
- No book order has been placed.
All requirements must be satisfied. If any exclusion applies, CHCA will deny the entire initial-enrollment refund. CHCA does not provide a partial enrollment refund when a module was opened, fee-based planning was completed, or a book order was placed.
03
How to request an initial-enrollment refund
Submit the request through the available advisor support workflow or email support@certifiedhealthcareadvisor.com within 30 calendar days after purchase.
Include:
- Account holder's legal name;
- Account email address;
- Initial purchase date;
- Transaction or receipt number, if available; and
- A clear statement requesting cancellation and refund of initial enrollment.
CHCA records the request time, account, transaction, eligibility decision, decision reason, administrator, and communications.
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within seven to ten business days after approval. A financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
04
Refund exclusions and denial
The entire initial-enrollment refund is denied when:
- The request is received after the 30-day period;
- Any course or learning module was opened;
- Fee-based planning was completed through the Platform;
- A book order was placed;
- The payment was not successfully collected or was already reversed;
- The request is fraudulent, duplicative, or submitted by an unauthorized person; or
- The account was terminated for fraud, payment misuse, false licensing information, material legal or regulatory noncompliance, or another material breach.
These exclusions do not limit a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
05
Effect of an approved enrollment refund
After an approved refund:
- Certification, designation, and applicable platform access end;
- The advisor must stop using CHCA marks, materials, and tools;
- Any affiliate payout associated with the enrollment is void;
- If the affiliate payout was already issued, it is reversed and may be offset or recovered under the Affiliate Program Terms;
- Historical transaction, refund, acceptance, and audit records remain preserved; and
- The advisor remains responsible for obligations that survive cancellation.
06
Annual renewal
Initial enrollment and each renewal provide 12 months of applicable designation and platform access from the purchase or renewal date.
The annual renewal price is $149 for existing and new advisors. Renewal fees are nonrefundable once processed, except where a refund is required by law.
To prevent the next renewal, the advisor must cancel before the renewal date through:
- The self-service portal cancellation option; or
- A written request to support@certifiedhealthcareadvisor.com.
A cancellation confirmation must be sent and retained with the account, request method, timestamp, effective date, and audit record.
07
Effect of renewal cancellation
Canceling renewal prevents the next annual charge when completed before the renewal date.
Unless CHCA terminates access earlier for a material violation, the advisor may continue using applicable designation and platform services through the end of the paid term. Access and designation rights end at expiration unless the advisor renews or reactivates under the then-current terms.
Cancellation does not erase amounts already owed, transaction records, refund or chargeback obligations, client duties, licensing duties, confidentiality, intellectual-property restrictions, or required retention.
08
Pricing changes
CHCA may change enrollment, renewal, or other prices prospectively with at least 30 days' notice.
A price change applies to future transactions and does not rewrite a historical transaction. The accepted pricing version, list price, code, discount, amount collected, renewal amount, and transaction time remain stored with the record.
09
Books and county licenses
Book orders and related county-license purchases are final, non-cancellable, and nonrefundable once submitted, except where required by law or when CHCA cannot fulfill the order.
Placing any book order during the 30-day initial-enrollment refund period disqualifies the entire initial-enrollment refund.
A county license is a revocable license tied to the applicable purchase and good standing. It is not ownership, a franchise, a perpetual territory, a renewal right, or a right of first refusal. County rights end according to the User Dashboard Agreement when the related account, subscription, or license becomes inactive.
10
Fee-based planning payments
Client planning payments are separate from advisor enrollment and annual renewal.
A client may cancel a proposed planning engagement before payment by not completing payment. After payment, the signed Client Disclosure & Fee Agreement controls. Planning fees are generally nonrefundable, subject to the full refund required when the advisor lacked, had an invalid, expired, suspended, revoked, or restricted license required for the client's state, misrepresented that license, or a refund is otherwise required by law or an approved CHCA compliance determination.
11
Affiliate codes and payouts
A valid affiliate code reduces initial enrollment from $699 to $599 and creates a potential $100 affiliate payout.
The payout remains pending for 30 calendar days after successful payment. An enrollment refund, chargeback, reversal, fraud finding, or invalid attribution voids the payout. If payment was already issued to the affiliate, CHCA may reverse it, offset it against future payouts, or recover it directly.
Annual renewal, books, fee-based planning, and event attendance do not generate affiliate compensation.
12
Free advisor events
Advisor events are free unless a specific event page expressly states otherwise. A free RSVP may be canceled at any time. Because there is no event-registration payment, there is no event fee to refund.
Enrollment at or after an event is a separate purchase governed by this policy.
13
Suspension or termination by CHCA
CHCA may suspend or terminate an account or state-specific feature access for nonpayment, inactive or false licensing information, fraud, payment misuse, privacy or security breach, legal or regulatory noncompliance, or other material breach.
Termination for cause does not create a right to refund. CHCA may preserve funds, apply offsets, require consumer refunds, and recover amounts owed.
14
Records after cancellation
CHCA retains required account, agreement, licensing, certification, match, client, disclosure, invoice, payment, refund, chargeback, affiliate, tax, compliance, and audit records for seven years after the later applicable cancellation, termination, transaction, engagement, payout, or record event, or longer when required.
Cancellation does not delete historical acceptances or financial records. PHI is handled according to the applicable Business Associate Agreement and law.
